| I realize the joke is bad. Very bad. But its a reflection of me... I had NO idea what to do for the intro comic. So this was born - a show of my pretty dry and witty sense of humor that introduces our two main characters and my rather bleak dawing style that was murdered by rushing AND experimenting. Proof? The speech bubbles were a try at something new [straight painted ones], and some not so great watercolor style attempts. Also, image resize/degradation sucks -- this looked much better at tis original size [2x this] - like Mintaka's blue hair. I made quite a few mistakes in this, I know -- second panel, Johnathan's shoulder for one [I don't generally rraw back views - need to work on it], and I had this persistent habit of trying to draw Min's left eye when he doesn't HAVE it.
On the plus side, its funny [to me]. XD The first panel IMO was my best of it. But that's ok; experience makes for better work later. And hopefully soon we'll see somethign develop,. with the introduction of others, like Richard "I like clover" Angora, and the other of the Seven. BTW, if you're wondering, the references Johnathan make in panel three are speeches related to Mintaka's Cntroller position and his ex-girlfriend respectively. All hail Painter 7, my tool of choice.
